Trailer hitch?

Hell,I towed my buddies D50 pickup home on a towdolly with my 84.And that was before the TII swap!
I regularly used the car to deliver equipment and machinery from work, but yea,Id say 1000lbs is about the most you'd wanna pull.Funny, one time I had an enclosed Uhaul trailer on back,on my way to Mariah to pick up my widebody kit. Some chump in an Integra tried to pass me on an onramp,so I downshifted to 4th and smoked him.You gotta feel bad when you get dusted by a car with a trailer!Heh,heh, FWIW those little Uhaul trailers are stable up to 120MPH!
Ive since removed my hitch because of the nice paint and Im trying to use my car less for utilitarian purposes. The hitch is for sale, cheap. Its the perm. mount Uhaul hitch, but I converted it to a slide reciever with a lifted ball mount,so its stealthy, especially if you install a rear skirt under the bumper.

Let us not forget torque, so with that trailer hitch you're gonna need an Atkins supercharger kit. Because pulling a trailer out of the water is gonna burn some tires without more torque. I wouldn't do it. Go buy an old Nova with a V8 and use that. Better than tearing up or sinking your FB.

I don't argue there isn't a difference between gasoline and diesel truck engines.
I asked how do you burn tires without torque?
You need enough force at the tire/pavement interface to overcome the friction force to cause the tire to spin. To create that force you need torque.
Yes the FB may be lacking torque but they are geared pretty well to get a decent amount of torque to the ground.

Yea,until you try to stop in a hurry!
Straight box trailers suck, its like towing a damn glider. Those aerodynamic Uhaul clamshell camping trailers kick ***.Fit my entire widebody kit in one and my car didnt even know it was there.Plus I scored some nice LED tailights off it for my Jeep.... (dont worry,I WAS a Uhaul dealer for 10 years......they deserved it....crooks)
