Tracking Down Robert (rotaryshack)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to track down Robert from rotaryshack? I ordered a part from him over a month ago, and over 3 weeks ago, when I last talked to him, he said my part would ship "today or the next day". Now I call him on almost a daily basis, trying to figure out why I havent heard anything about my parts. I have also tried emailing him and calling his cell phone. If theres anyone around who nows him, and might know a better way of trying to get in touch with him, or knows that maybe he's out pof town or something, let me know! I'm not trying to start trouble, I just want to finish up my turbo setup! Thanks for the help,

-Jake

If ya do a search on Rotary Shack, you'll find that Robert is frequently hard to get ahold of and it frequently takes a while to get your stuff. He does good work, and it's worth waiting for, so...

Guys, keep in mind you aren't the only one talking to him. He gets calls about every 10 to 15 minutes it seems like (whenever call him he is either already in a conversation, or flashes my call for another incoming call).

How would you feel about answering a phone if you got calls from ppl every 15 minutes? I know *I* wouldn't want to answer it.

That isn't saying thats whta he's doing tho.

1) He procrastinates and is somewhat lazy about shipping. Don't woryr, he hasnt forgotten about you.
2) I wait for parts all the time. So he doesnt ship in a timely fashion. You just have to expect to wait a long time. Think of it like this. You write your letter to santa clause, and send it off to the north pole (order parts from robert). You eventually forget about the letter you sent, and when the presents come, its like christmas. The anticipation builds the end value..

Or something. **** i donno. But dont worry he hasnt forgotten about you, and if i were in his shoes, if somebody was calling me daily i would NOT want to answer their calls.

I get what you guys are trying to say but if someone has a business that is overwhelming him, he needs to hire help. Ignoring customers doesn't build a good reputation. Why not be upfront and tell them it'll take a month? My time is as valuable as the next guys. Sitting around waiting on a part for over a month is not acceptable, sorry.

No, its not. But thats just the way it is, so what are we gonna do? It's not our business. It SHOULNDT be that way.. but it is.

He USED to have extra help. And then his extra help decided that he just wanted to take the money and not send out ANY parts at all. So that didnt' help Robert's reputation at all..
