Glad to hear you are alright, quite the accident, Most important thing is that you are alright. Cars can always be replaced. So don't feel too bad about it. I'm sure you'll find a body for cheap and you'll get things running b4 summer is over. This rx7 died protecting it's owner....

..but I understand the reason for asking so quickly, even if it is too soon (and not his intention). I hate it when stuff gets sold that I wanted before I eevn know it was for sale.

That's a pretty bad accident, i saw one worse on the news though, driver died from it, car just like your's same color, even saw it around town a few days before it was on the news, i didn't even recognize it it was so bad. They showed a shot of the interior and even it was smashed up and barely recognizable

I really appreciate everyone's kind words, thank you. I'm pretty good about staying positive and looking on the bright side of things, but I must admit... this accident has been a true test for me. I'm hanging in there though. I'm happy to say that I'm doing very well physically, it's truly amazing how little I was injured.
I don't plan on selling anything until I first figure out if the engine is salvageable, which will be the main deciding factor of whether I go with another 12a platform. And secondly, I have to wait and see what the replacement car is in need of.
So in short, it will be a while....I let everyone know, don't worry. Besides, I've been having good luck with eBay and will probably go that route anyways.
