Testing the Water

Me and my friend have have been working on his rx7 for a while and he just bought another project carso the Rx has to go. I just wanted to know what you guys think I can sell the car. So far this is whast has been done to the car.

The car is a stock 1985 GSL-SE, it has everything except power steering, it has a glass sun roof and loevers on the back. The car has 163,173 miles and has had less than 500 miles put on it in the last year.
The car has recently had a tune up and the following things have been replaced
-New Die Hard Battery
-All new belts
-New rotor/cap wires & spark plugs
-New air filter
-New master clinder
-New cluch clinder

Other new parts on the car are
-New Clutch
-New Wheel Bearings (all 4)
-New Carpet New gas Shocks & Struts
-New Dunlop Tires

All of these parts have less than 500 miles on them

We have started to do some body work on the car in prep for paint there are some defects in the body as the car is right now that we havnt fixed yet but I want to know what I can get for the car without doing these things first, but I do have all the replacement panels. There is a dent in the drivers side dore the bottum of the left front fender is bent, the bottom of the right front ofender is also bent, and there is a bend in the front bumper. I was also planning on redying the interior but I havn't gotten that far.

The replacement parts that I have for the car are 2 brand new factory fenders, replacement front bumper, lower air dam, and and a new drivers side door.

I would like to know what I can get for the car first without these parts on the car and then with all the new replacement parts. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I suppose about $1500. I have a similar SE project car in similar condition that I paid less than $1000 for. Runs good, too, and no noises. I believe that when I get this one re-painted and interior cleanup up i might get $2500 for it.

Where are you in the Bay Area? Maybe I'll take a look at it. I'm in Los Altos.

There are 6 wheel bearings in a 7......4 on the front, and 2 on the back.

I'd say in the $1500-2000 range though.

Welll save up im not exactly sure when or if the car will be for sale I just trying to figure out if the extra work is worth it.

Anyone else have an opinion about the car?
