I recently restored my '79 Limited, but now there's a couple things that need reassembled that I can't figure out. The car ended up going through three different shops throughout the process, and I was not the one to disassemble it and the last shop that had it couldn't figure everything out. I'm trying to figure out the sunroof hardware. Below is a picture of what I thought went onto the car, but the screw does not fit. Are there other pieces involved? If so, does anyone have pictures of the pieces and how they attach to the car? Thanks in advance!



I suspect that saying that I restored my car is going to cause many people to ask for pics. I don't have many yet, as it is not fully reassembled, but here is one until I finish that task. After I do, I'll begin a thread with that adventure. Cheers!

 

Turns out the holes were just filled with debris. Tapped them out and everything went together fine. If a mod wants to delete this thread, that would be understandable.
