so yes an unusual request and I wouldn't want you puking while making it
I just like the stealth approach, and it looks like it will be a clean looking unit

Let me know the cut out dimensions and depth of the tweeter, and I'll see what I can do for ya.

the best thing for sound is round speakers... a good component set up front 5 1/4 in the kick panles with the tweeters mounted in the center or.. if you have the tweeters more then 16in away you want to wire them up backwards(it time alines the music better) then get a good set of 6 1/2 in the back..and subs can go any where in the car caz they are non-directional(the sound comes at you from allways) if any1 wants me to go into this more i can but i think that is enough for you to get the idea....
cheers PaTricK

Alright, the redesign is almost finished... Since my tools kick so much ***, I decided to do away with the snakeboard and go with some hardcore complex miter cuts, that way I won't have to do as much fiberglassing.
Pics up in a minute or 20.

OK, here's the basics so far, and I'm done for the night. Re-engineering this is a bitch, but oh well.
First off, here's how I did the speaker wires... I ran brass bolts through the MDF like so:
Now for those of you who are worried about it contacting metal and frying something... Can't happen. CAN NOT HAPPEN. Why? Because I ******* rule, that's why. I mounted the long part of the bolt inside the enclosure... So no worries there... Then, to make sure the rest of the terminal is protected:
Yep, that's right, I mounted it in a recess created by my 2 1/4" drill bit. So, that's all set.
Now, here's the rough shape of the enclosure:
I only got one half built tonight, because I'm doing all angle cuts to keep the fiberglassing down... It would be a lot easier if you guys didn't want to keep your goddamn spare tires. For those of you who are going to say, "Hey, it'd be easier to make the whole thing out of fiberglass", I don't want to hear it. Feel free to do it yourself then. Not trying to be a dick, but I don't have the time or the patience to do layer upon layer of 'glass, not to mention I don't like the smell or the mess. This way works better for me, so that's how I did it.

nice work $100T2 the only thing bad aobut how you did the terminals is that if you want to remove the box or move it or something you have to pull a speaker 1st but that is only 8 screws but i must say it was good thinking to do the recess for that you get a
