stupid throwout bearing question

I can't remember how it was oriented when I took it off and want to make sure I have it on right. The ears on bearing are opposite the side that faces the pressure plate, right?

Correct. The flat round end pushes on the pressure plate, and the ears clip into the clutch fork.
