Studs for Re-speed axles
Where can i get the .505" knurl pull through studs and nuts that will work with the re-speed/moser axles with stock rims?
Not much came up on google, JEGS had .509" studs but not 505......

I believe those will work, let me go see if I still have the package I bought, I believe they were from Jegs...
Edit, ok here are the ones I bought: http://www.jegs.com/i/Moser/718/8255/10002/-1
They are a bit long, and I ended up trimming a bit off, but the only other length they have; 1.5" is too short for the FC wheels, only about half the lug nut grabs threads. Hope that helps!

Ones from an auto parts store made for a FC work fine. I'm running Vert wheels so I got an open nut (since the hub cap on vert wheels covers the nuts) If you were to run some of the other FC wheels you would want one that is more decorative....

Ah I guess I misunderstood your question, I thought you mean stock FC wheels. I guess they would work with the stock plus wheels as they are the same 12mm size, but I have to ask why are you getting the axles if you aren't going to go with 5 lug, or at least some bigger wheels so you can fit bigger brakes behind them?

Broken axle, might upgrade to the 4 lug bigger brake in the future (being drilled with both 4 lug patterns) and have more wheel options once fronts are done. Wouldve bought one from mazda but they are NLA.
Trying to get it drivable first. Checked the junk yards in both places I live and nothing but the older smaller axles available so I decided to go for Re-speeds.
The reason I was worried aboutt he nuts is because of the way the stock bolts are chambfered (sloped) to keep the wheels centered..

Ah I see. I'm surprised no one had any axles around you, the ones from the drum brake rear would work... As for the lug nuts I'm not entirely sure on that one, maybe someone else will chime in who has expereince with them, I haven't tried it.

I got mine from the local auto parts.
I took an axle in with me and made sure they were a tight fit and had them pressed in.
I believe they were from a GM vehicle. but don't quote me on that .. LOL
