Arrow stripped nikki pics\suggestions

i have an old nikki that im going to start cleaning up, rebuilding, and stripping of all emissions. im asking you guys to post up any pics of a sterling, or any other stripped nikki u have. diagrams would kick *** and help a lot.
when i tear it all apart i know i should label them all and sort into little baggies. im alos going to take pics through the process too. after thats all done i want to clean each peice that ill be using really well and put it all back together.
if u have any other suggestions, feel free to say.
thanks, dean

When I rebuilt mine, what helped me was my haynes manual. every time I did a step and had to take a part or a screw off, I took some masking tape and labeled on the part the step number, or I wrapped the screws in tape, with a tag that said 24.3/2 or something. It made sure I had all my parts and what step they were needed when I put the carb back together.

Oh, and pictures! I cannot stress this enough, I did not take pictures and had to take it apart 3 times because I forgot to put a linkage in a specific place.

thats about all that I know that I did right, everything else I did was wrong. Good luck!

I ment a RX7 haynes manual, I'm sorry! it shows how to take the whole thing apart, nut by bolt.

Best rebuild kit, i do not know, but i know the worst: Keystar. gaskets dont line up, wrong parts, etc./

A trick that I learned from the old days. Take a piece of cardboard, and make a sort of pegboard to hold all of your jets and emulsion tubes. That way you can mark them on the cardboard, and they won't roll away!
