Starter prob...?

Ok sometimes when I try to start the car. It seems like the starter is slipping?? When I bought it the guy gave me an extra starter cuz' the one in the car was doing it really bad. 10k later it still does it once in a while. Just wanted to see if this "starter prob" has happened to anybody else. Or is something else? I thought it was the battery but I just installed a new one.

Pretty easy to replace the starter: undo the neg terminal, go underneath.

Mine does that too... really when cold, doesn't do it when heated up and I'm getting back into the car... I also got an extra starter with my GSL from the previous owner...
anyone have a clue?

alot of threads on bad starters....try running new wires for the starter and the ground....

somthing about the copper wire stops running as much current compared to new and causes a slow start..or somthing.... try searching on somthing about new battery or starter wiring
