spark plug question

Last time i pulled my spark plugs to check them out, they were all tan, no black carbon build up. Does this mean that i'm running lean? Or are my plugs supposed to be tan colored (electrodes were all fine, no rounding off)

You should be doing just great. Check out here and match your plugs to their respective colour/wear pattern. http://www.dansmc.com/Spark_Plugs/Sp...s_catalog.html
