FC's look good lowered with the right set of wheels. But you'll soon see it takes a lot to make them fast cause they're so heavy.

The opposite thing happened to me. I have had quite a few FC's in the past but just got my SA and want to mod it already too.

i say mod it, i mean why not ryte? you got, so go for it...now you can say you have experiance with a bigger variatey of RX-7's...plus...i like the FC for drifting..just seems more controlable(but not like my FD...thats a beauty car to slide).

Are either of your RX-7s your daily driver?

I think you should finish the FB first before you get into another project...

FC's are nice for daily drivers, slightly better creature comforts, less road noise, bigger interior.

I just noticed in the bottom picture of the black FC there.... is that a baby seat in the passenger's side?

I had an fc first and use it as my daily driver, the bigger interior is nice, and its much faster than my bone stock fb. I think that the fc would be a great everyday driver, and you can put the big money into the fb I think they both look great

Why don't you make a frankenstein FB-FC. Put the engine and interior from the FC in the FB. The interior probably won't work but its a thought.

I say make it a daily driver and just do a few little bolt on mods, make the FB the rocket, they're just cooler and you know it

The FC six ports are very reliable motors. Ask any Mazda mechanic. Keep it as a daily driver and stick a turbo in the 1st gen!!

Don't know what condition your FB is in, but would't it be nice to put the engine/tranny from your FC in your FB?

Consider yourself slapped.

Use the damned thing as your daily driver. I'll sign the damn title for your 1st gen, put the turbo on the 1st gen and be done with it!!

You know how to make rotary-powered cars work well.

So give the thing a 50$ tune-up, get some good wax, touch up paint and interior cleaner

Find out how to properly adjust air/fuel mix

And try to sell it for 1g, to fund your FB project

Or keep it around as a daily driver, finish the FB, THEN start working on the FC.

My FC is a terrific freeway car. Stable at speed and an effortless drive. On city streets my pretty stock FB is far more fun. I had forgotten how tossable these cars are.

FCs are OK. A little more spacious and bigger trunk. And you can get convertible. I'm planning to get a white vert this year, so I'll have red white and blue 7s.
