SOB! Pulley bolts.

So, I'm removing the Air pump. In order to get the smaller belt to fit on i need to get the pulleys off. This car has some serious bolt rust issues, most of the body ones snap off when you try and remove them and I figured it wouldn't be to hard to drill them out. Problem is apparently the issue is not confined to tho body as 1 of the 4 fan hub bolts and 3 of the 4 main pulley bolts have popped off. Anybody know the thread sizing on these guys? I don't have a sizer.
I figure I can probably drill out the one on the fan safely as there isn't anything obscuring my angle. The 3 bolts on the bottom are a different story, do they keep the pulleys together or attach to the engine? I was unable to find a diagram for this. How much force should I be applying to that centre bolt, any tips on that?
How totally screwed over am I?

Here are some pictures of the bolts I'm talking about. Sorry about the low quality and darkness, it's 9pm here and the sun is down. I included another copy of the pictures sans doodles because it's so hard to see. By broken bolts I mean the head of the bolt has popped off, leaving the threaded shaft still inside.
Thanks for the help, hope the pictures make it slightly more clear.

Edit:
I also neglected to mention this is an 82' 12A engine.

Aren't those M6 ??x12 ? I'm not sure of the length. I've been replacing all the engine bolts I can with stainless steel. Fastenal has good prices on bolts.

I dun think its a 12mm Bolt... I think thread pitch is between 1.25-1.5 But I am not sure I will have to check my pulley bolts tomorrow

Your best bet is to use a left handed drill or extractor set. Be very careful when using these because the last thing you want to do is break the carbide tip off in the hole.

Okay, got a chance to look at my pulley bolts.

yours may be different, but i am pretty sure the bolt sizes should be the same as the S4 6 Port I am rebuilding.

The pulley bolt seems to be a 1.0mm thread pitch by 6mm wide bolt (this is not the head but the actual thickness of the bolt itself)

Hope that helps you out mate.

Word. Looks like I might have to pull my rad to get these ******* our. Such a pain in the ***, but then again this is really just an fb living up to it's name. Hopefully it will be ripping up the road before the 20th (autoX season starts here) 'cus so far it's travelled farther on flatbeds than under it's own power.
