Smoking Problem!!!!! Please help??????

Im new to Rx-7's, I have a 85 GSL, I have a problem!!! The car is smoking white smoke badly out the muffler, but it only happens when I put transmission fluid in. The transmission fluid emptys out in about a 2 hour use of the car, when there is no more fluid, it doesn't smoke anymore. Can anyone help please???????

Ditto! The modulator valve is permitting the transmission fluid to get vaccuumed into the intake. Replace that and you're good to go!

Do a search on "service manual". There is a link to one on in PDF format here on the forum.

I would also recommend buying a Haynes manual from your local auto store. It will help you as a reference when working on things.
