Smog, again!
I flunked the new CA smog test with high HC and CO (this new dyno test is a b*tch). Even running it on a 10-15% alcohol solution. I think that as an early victim of these stringent new unchecked smog tests I'm entitled to a little fudging.
I figure the ACV valve is shot on my red83, so I'm going to get a spare ACV (from the junkyard) and adapt it to always pass air to the cat, so it will reduce emissions and pass the visual. then I can use that adaptor on each of my 3 FBs as I go for smog check.
