I am 99% positive it is not coming from any hose i felt it coming from under the pipe it wasn't beading down from somewhere else. I used paper towels to see where it was coming from and there was no leak coming out of the hoses it was only leaking from that one lower pipe.

Hi just thought i would bump this thread i need the cooling system operating pressure to test my leak does anyone know it i tried looking at both my manuals but i could find it thank you.

I think you need to replace the hoses first regardless if they are the cause or not. If the new hose(s) don't fix it, just go buy a new radiator. Getting the current one fixed will cost half the cost of a new one.
