Sleepy eye headlamps

I really like the look of the headlamps when they are at half tilt, my problem is that when I connect the negitive batterie cable after I tilt them they flip up then down, almost as if they are reseting themselves and they never stay in place. I am wondering who has done this before and had them stay where they tilt them. Also does doing this drastically change where the light projects.

it's a ricer mod, really. but i did it couple of times myself just for kicks during d1 @ irwindale

just unplug the plug located by the headlight motor. it will be fixed and won't move up or down if you do so. and yes, it will chance where the light projects. i have HID on mine's (w/ aftermarket housing) and it's noticeable no matter what; same goes for your basic bulbs.
