Shutter Valve & Coasting Valve!

Ok, just an fyi here...
Why does everyone keep calling the Coasting Valve the Shutter Valve.
I've looked at a good number of diagrams and the "Shutter Valve" is
the butterfly's that the Coasting Valve moves.

The linkage between the two broke on my car so I had to call alot of mazda
parts service centers to try to get a new one which I didn't get cause I
don't want it now anyhow, and also looked at alot of diagrams and...
They've all said the same thing.

Perhaps everyone just refers to the two valves as one unit/system, but if not
the Shutter Valve is only the butterfly's and the Coasting Valve is what moves
them.

Here's a pic.
