short stroke shock/struts?
Who makes them for our cars? I want to run 13in 50 series tires so I will need to drop my coil overs a little lower to get rid of the wheel well gap but I dont want to lose handling and any use of my shocks.
Thanks, Ed

We used to use biltsiens for VW. They fit the tube of the strut but were shorter. You would cut your strut tube in half around the bottom of the lower spring perch. Then remove the spring perch by cutting a certain amount off the now separate part of the strut tube. You then welded to top back onto the bottom and add ring to support a set of coil over tubes. The shocks were for the VW Cup and are no longer available.
Ground Control has some bilstien that are 1.5" shorter. You will have to do what I described above to use them - As well as use a set of camber plates because the factory strut tops will not fit them.
