i just read over the parts list.. i think u'll be better off just starting with a new car.. it'll cost less in the end with less hassles of getting the right parts..
the police are all fuked. even down here there all lazt (exept when there trying to collect revenu with there dam speeding tickets!), you should get u newly formed rx7 gang to go bash the cops when ur done bashing the hicks.

Well, the thing is, I either already have, or can get cheap the parts needed, its just that Im listing everything damaged for the value to show the court. Most of it truly isnt that bad, maybe a small crack here and there or something, but still damaged none the less. Its basically not bad enough that I would take any of the money that I get (assuming I get any) to fix the parts on the list. Any of the money I get is going to the 13BT because I basically have everything else under control.
Ive talked with my Mom recently, and she said that she talked with her legal advisor at her work, and he said that we definatly have a case against them, but we have to take it to small claims court, meaning no more than $5K plus filing fees, but most likely I wont get anything more than what the car is worth, which is about $2K. So, Im just hoping for the best and preparing for the worst. Anything is better than nothing I guess. Anyway, Ill try and keep you all updated as to whats happening if anything ever changes.
