Do what the picture says and get back to me. I'm certain that will help.
But we're not done yet. You've missed a few things during this process. Do yourself a favor and buy some vacuum caps, bolts are not the proper tool for this process, even if they are dipped in sealant. Secondly, take a look at this picture:
The large vacuum port MUST, MUST, MUST be connected to a PCV valve, which then goes to your oil filler neck. Otherwise your oil will build up with condensation, which does all sorts of nasty things, including thinning it severely, which isn't good for your motor.
The picture indicates your fuel tank vent. I guarentee that you have one, make sure it's hooked up with the charcoal canister, which is integrated into the stock air cleaner lid. I see that you don't have the stock aircleaner, so you'll either have to get another charcoal canister, or connect the fuel vent to the carb vent and them plumb them both into a breather filter. The nipple on the intermediate housing will also have to have a breather filter attached.
Here is the oil neck side of things and what needs to be plumbed where.
Connecting the ground shown on the first picture will eliminate your idle problem, I'm sure of it. The rest will ensure that your oil is properly vented of condensation and that any gasoline vapors aren't vented to the atmosphere.

Evil: This picture shows the two adjustment screws on the '79 carb.
The top is the idle speed screw.
The bottom is the mixture adjust screw.

You got it in one. Too bad no one listened to you, 'cause I guarentee that his problem can be traced back to this little wire, which is definately a ground. I didn't connect it the first time I did this, and my car had no shortage of running problems at idle until I connected it again.

I fixed the ground as said, and no diffrence in idle whatsoever 
(tried without PCV valve attached) am going to a dodge shop tomorrow for the PCV valve.
Also took some pictures that shows some diffrence in our carbs.
No carb vent ??

Well I'm stumped now. I noticed that your mixture screw still has the anti tamper tab installed, have you tried to adjust it at all? With the rats nest removed, some adjustment can be necessary to restablish a good idle.
As for the vents for carb and fuel tank, I guess there were some differences in the Euro models.
How did your evaporative emissions stuff hook up before? There must have been a tank vent and a charcoal canister SOMEWHERE on the car.

Have looked and looked and failed finding what you requested for, the fuel vent line comes out of the gas tank am i right ??(stupid question) 
Visited dodge today, they wanted 110 USD for that little thing !!

ok, i need a temporary idle sollution, im heading for a carmeet in 2days, so it would be great with som idle
I have thought out several "ghetto" ideas, one is the "lighter behind the choke" trick
But would be great with a sollution that dont use the choke (because of the rich mixture).
What about screwing the throttle linkage a little bit ?

Just rebuild the carb, if you haven't already. I did the rats nest thing (kinda), and rebuilt the carb in the process (kinda). Mine kept bogging out until I did a *real* rebuild, soaking and blowing out all the jets/bleeds and giving it a good cleanup. Aside from that, it's really hard to say what happened. There's alot of good advice in this post, these guys know what they are talking about.
I say *kinda* on the rats nest thing because I took it much farther than the usual. Removed all sorts of stuff, including the shutter valve (don't ask, and don't try it.) It really does sound like a vacuum leak of some kind, but sometimes those can be tricky to pinpoint...especially if there is more than one. When all else fails, start from scratch.

I`ll probably to that after the carmeet, but do anyone have a temporary idle sollution?
