sensor on exaust manifold

1.what is the sensor on the exaust manifold on my se.

2. If i wanted to replace the manifold with a difference performance part what would i have to do.

3. Please don't laugh if you think this is a dumb question...don't know much about this area.

O2 sensor? Or possibly the temp sensor that sets off teh warning light if the exhaust gets too hot.

the one in the manifold is the o2 sensor, the one on the big cat is the overheat exaust sensor

Ok, I was half right. Where the overheat sensor on a 12a car?

It's on the connecting pipe between the catalyst and the muffler.
