S4 N/A Throttle Cable

So I ordered an S4 N/A throttle cable a while back for my S2 to go along with my lake city intake and weber carb in hopes of having a little extra cable to work with per the recommendation of several guys on the forum here. Went out to the garage to put it in tonight and the S4 cable is like 4 inches SHORTER than the S2 cable! WTF? I currently am making the S2 cable work but it is at its limit. I would like a couple of extra inches so I can adjust my pedal back down. Right now it is at the same height as the brake pedal and it is easy to accidently hit the gas and brake at the same time. It is also kind of at a wierd angle that could be improved with a bit more cable.

Anyway what's the deal guys? I thought the S4 cable was supposed to be longer? Was I supposed to go with the turbo cable?

A turbo throttle cable will be more than long enough. Mine exits the firewall, rests on top of the plastic fan shroud, and then goes down to my Weber on my Lake Cities manifold.

The red line shows where the TII cable goes. Its more than long enough.

Yea, the NA FC cables are very short as the TB sits up higher and closer to the firewall than the carbs do on FB's, get the T2 cable they are a few feet longer than either cable, plenty of length to work with...
