Exclamation Rust on floors and seat brackets...

Haven't posted here in a while. After a long and busy semester in school, I've finally had the chance to go back to the garage only to find out I'm more screwed than I thought I was. Not only is the floor rotted out, but there seems to be a significant amount of rust where my seat bracket is -- if I push down on it hard enough I can see a hairline crack in the floor. Needless to say I don't feel comfortable putting my seat back in and going for a drive quite yet.
Are there any people experienced with this sort of thing? Is it possible to fabricate something of this sort? Are there any aftermarket brackets I can attach to a brand new floor?
