running lean?

running lean?

took this pic this morning, this is new. It was coated in black soot a couple weeks ago. The carb was said to have been rebuilt. Have a new fuel pump and filter. Theres only power loss at high speeds. Any help would greatly appreciated

The black oily, Sooted plugs where trailing. I wasnt running trailing. The brown ones were leading. I cleaned all of them and swapped them. The leading where more worn than the trailing. So far shes running pretty dam good. Ill check them againe soon to check and see what they look like againe.
