Rough idle. Vacuum leak at manifold likely?

Went over the vacuum diagram several times, inspected all the lines, and I still have a bouncy/low idle. Cranked the mixture screw up to compensate, that helped for about a week. It started about 2 months ago and after some hunting with a can of carb cleaner it seems to be around the intake manifold. I guess I will get some new o-rings and a gasket, in the meantime any other possibilities? I checked the hose that runs behind the carb.

Do all the usual checks:
Fuel (Filter, Pump)
Ignition (wires, spark plugs, timing)

Just to be sure.

How low is LOW? There's also an idle speed adjustment too...

its funny, sometimes around 500 with some bounce, sometimes I come off the hiway and the tach reads 1500 at idle but feels lower than that.
