RES....but need help on brakes

RES....but need help on brakes

i have an 85 gs got a 85 gsl rear blaw blaw blaw......we all know but i have been preping and waiting untill summer to try to do it but i bought steel braided lines and this wont come off is this one of the lines that get a SB line to it???and if so should i jsut keep working on it because that sucker wont come off it just bends that plate and feel like it is about to break off.........

looks bad but alot better then when i first got it...lol it looked nasty the calipers are seized so i need to get remanufatured ones and im getting cross drilled rotors and the new lines but that rubber line wont come off...so a propane torch should cause it to loosin up??

Pb blaster first , let it soak for 24 hours, spray a couple of times, if that doesn't work, then go to the heat.

yeah Trochoids got the right answer on that, give the PB some time to work, I would even go as far as to respray it several times over a 48 hour period, then try a combination of tapping/torque to get it off

PB is the **** !!! Doens't need to sit for 48 hrs, what that stuff does it will do in a very short time. If useing flar not wrenches, it has been my experiences, (F*#%k ups), that would lead me to advise not to use a cheap one. I got one from the zone and it would give as I was trying to get the nut to turn.
