replacing ECU on 85 GSL
does anyone know if anything would be wrong with swapping the ecu from a junker into my car , i just want to do a swap to see if it makes my car run any different, if not i would probably swap back, but need advice b4 doing so...........runs ok now but just courious if its a no no to do,,,,,,,,,

You shouldn't have any problems trying another ECU. It's pretty common for people to swap them while looking for a problem.

how would it make your car run different? all it does is control the rats nest of solinoids.
