Replacement carb?

so i tried everything, plugs, wires, fuel, still the crappy rmp ness, i talked to a friend of mine, (he knows carbs, im learing them) he thinks its some valve on the carb, he thinks it would be easist to replace the whle carb. Any idea where i can get a new one? if i could get a bettercarb that was basicly bolt on id go for that, but im not sure if there such a thing, so stock will do.

Sterling and RX7Carl make up some great carbs. These are stock Nikki carbs that have been heavily modified, but still just bolt on. They make great power, but of course your mpg will drop correspondingly. They are also extremely sexy (the carbs, not the creators)...
