Removing A/C (in dash) questions...

I don't need to remove the whole dash for this right? I currently have the glove box out and the panel under it. Its pretty tight in there!!

k, i think i figured it out. got the big black box out of there with the two ac lines coming out. do i just gut it and, plug the two small holes and put it back in?

Haven't pulled one from and RX myself, but there should be the heater core too. If you want any kind of heat, you need to leave it in there. It would have two rubber hose for coolant, and the air conditioning would have two high pressure lines.

You could just replace that big empty plastic box with a duct from a non-A/C car.
