in responce to aviators thread, yes you have to move quick, should probably practice on some junk parts to get the feel, but since almost everycar at one time or another has had armour all or some equivilant on it, this is the only way to guarantee that you get it off.

Same thing you noticed wear on high traffic areas doesn't flake, or peel (unless you use the liquid fish eye stuff) (then it can (can) peel) pretty durable over all,

I am reccomending this primarily for people with some experience, at painting preping, obviously its not for everybody. for the less experienced this stuff that you (aviator) spoke about would probably be best

I also noticed that the wear on this seemed dependent upon the user, I always have greese and grime on my hands and mine started showing wear around the 2 year mark I redid it at the 3 year mark though (i'm lazy!) my freind has yet to redo his (but he never, ever gets into his car with dirty hands, clothes or anything) his is about 4 years old now.

cheers

I love my red interior. I wanted the red only because I saw a ferrari 360 with red interior and fell in love with it. check it.

My first two 82's were S with silver over black, my fave combo. My current 7 (which just arrived from the mainland) is a very clean, original white over maroon leather GLS. The seats gleam like new. I thought I'd hate it but it looks great.
