Rear suspension questions....

Well, the 12A is about to come and the hunt is getting strong for the 5.0/T5/8.8 that is going to replace it. The only thing I need to know is how to do the rear suspension. I'm pretty sure it will be way more trouble that it's worth to retrofit the watts link to the 8.8, anyone have any ideas as to a replacement suspension? I'm more of a motor guy, I really need to learn more about suspension Any good books on 1st gen RX7 suspension or just general suspension info?

I'd cut the brackets off the original diff and weld them onto the 8.8. But I'm curious. Why are you replacing the stock diff? Mine's holding up so far... 6 months, 5K miles.

Re:

Don't waste your time trying to put the wats on the new housing. Just replace it with a pan-hard bar. One bar, 2 rod ends and some brackets. Bracket one on the chassis right side and bracket 2 on the rear end left side. Make the brackets so that the bar is horizontal to the ground at normal ride height. Summit has brackets to do this with. they prob. sell and entire pan-hard kit.
