Rear Springs ?????????

OK, I changed the front springs today. The Front fender started at 2.5 inches above the tire now its down to a respectable 1.75 inches above the tires.

Well, now onto my question. I still have the rear springs to install. I wanted to know the easiest way to get those two in there. I was hoping I would just have to undo the two shocks and it will drop enough to get the stock springs out and get the new ones in.

So what will I have to take apart to get these in quick and easy.

mine dropped almost enough with the shocks loose, I still had to persuade them out with a pry bar.

Yeah, what he said.
They come out pretty easy. The new ones go in even easier. Watch out for the brake line going to the chassis.

Thanks guys, the end linkage on the swaybar for the front killed me on the time, 4 hours. The drivers side linkage was rusted to one piece. That took some creativity to get off. I had already purchased energy suspension linkage before starting this.

It went in pretty smoothly, My car is still in the build up stage. I drove on them for about 2 mile. but changing the springs kind of made to many changes just to judge the linkage. It beefier than the stock set up. Oh on the stock ones that have never been touched since the car left the factory. I took the tire iron and put the end over the bolt for the linkage and bent it with very little force. 18 years kinda made the stock stuff a little weak.
