Not hard to put a flywheel together. Basically lightly bolt the counterweight to the e-shaft with the large nut, you can't tighten that yet. Next, bolt your flywheel on the counterweight using the 6 bolts supplied. Tighten these to 80 lb ft I think it is. After the 6 bolts are tightened, tighten the large center nut to 350lb ft, using a bit of thread lock on the threads. After that, just bolt up the clutch as you would with any other flywheel.

Should i thread lock the counterweight and the flywheel wheel? And if at all posible i would still not mind to see that paper again.

You should use loctite on the flywheel nut but I would not use it on the counterweight bolts.
Were you supplied spacers with the flywheel?

Those spacers go between the surface of the flywheel and the pressure plate.

Going from memory, RB mentions the jerkiness below 2k, to torque the flywheel bolts to 28ftlbs and the pressure plate bolts to 14ftlbs. So there you go. I'm sure that's what you wanted to know.
