what is the outlet diameter on the racing beat 12a MT header.

If you're talking about the collected one is should be 2" iirc

Yup, 2" OD, minus the 1/8" wall, leaving ~1-3/4" ID.

The GSL-SE 13B header is also the same as the 12A if I recall correctly.
