Quick Question
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the drivers side from the left side of the car to the right side, if it is possible, how hard/expensive/time consuming are we talking?

It's gen 2, though.
Why do you want to do this? I'm curious.

I think the only way you could do it without custom fabricating everything yourself would be to buy a shell of a right drive seven. Or you could just buy a right drive car to begin with. I think it would be cheaper to buy a car from japan, maybe you could find one that needed some work for a decent price.

That post you supplied is a 2nd gen, so it is probably different job wise. When I looked at my car it seems there are holes on both sides so it can be either setup. I am slightly inclined on making a custom interior anyways so i mind-as-well do it as im changing it around to begin with. Like I said, I was told I couldn't and the car wasn't worth it when i changed my transmission from an AUTO to a MANUAL. I don't think the car is unworhty of the work, because mostly its just time, friends are dumping 3-15 grand into cars I would think is crazy. 1 of them is trying to make a Saturn fast.....need I say more.

Considering getting a mail route are you? Having owned both LHD and RHD versions if I remember correctly it's more or less the same car so probably a straightforward procedure (I guess). However, your intake and exhaust don't move so if you have a custom intake it will need to clear the steering column when it is on the rt side! You don't need to fabricate an interior; just get a used one from Au or the UK, along with any other specific parts you need. Someone in those places could also probably answer your original question better. Although they too may ask "Why?"

One time, i had the idea that for the rest of my life my career would be proving people wrong. I wanted to write down everyhitng people said i could never do, and spend my life doing them and putting it all on video tape and selling it
