If it doesn't say, then odds are pretty good it's a GS.

Easy way to check: Does it have drum brakes or discs?

If it had no trim badges, nor the holes for it above the left rear tail light, it was probably an S model. What options does the car have?

Disc brakes? Is it a 12a (Carb) or 13b (FI)?
Open or LSD?
Sunroof? Power options?

I think this should have read does it have disk or drum brakes in the rear?If it is disk in the rear then it is atleast a GSL,with drums in the rear it is a S or GS.

I'm almost sure it's a GS.
