better I like clutch disc many time the centerforce dual friction. It slipped in the friends car with a turbo but my NA will hold fast good power with the 6 ports and will weber it.

for you friend I can recommend a clutch disc for you. it has have the springs center to avoid a jerking time. sometimess less jerking when launching off of the line is good with what is called a sprung center. look for that. sell your solid center disc.

also I have a 4 puck solid center disc like you that I will not use to avoid the broken trainee and the soda jerk.

once time I use centerforce pressure plate in normal Exedy disc and it work ok but to clutch pedal friction points to on the floor. have to adjusts the rod lengths up underdash. also pedfall effort was heavy like streetstrip. went to stock Exedy pressure plate to equals perfection my brotha. blue car it is.
