good mileage on there ... i've slacked off a bit actually ... i couldn't commit to it then because I had a race from then and needed to tune the car ... but i'll try to go for it again this time. I can't go all the way to the bottom as my gas needle doesn't work so I'll have to go by every 200/300km

Also a little tip that I always follow. Never accelerate uphill (unless you have no choice). Stay in the lowest gear possible while going uphill only to maintain speed.
Example : your going up a decent sized hill and the guy in front of you decides he wants to turn, you have to slow from 55 MPH to 20 MPH, don't accelerate back up to the speed limit (unless your going like 10 MPH, accelerate a little bit.). Instead ride your lowest gear to the top and then (still in low gear) accelerate/coast back up to the speed limit while downhill or flat.
I bet going uphill doubles fuel consumption...

When I am going up a hill, I lose speed. I go from like 45mph to about 35 as I crest it. I am not going over any mountails
When I am going 45, I just leave it in 5th, and hardly apply the gas. By the time I crest the hill, I let off the gas and roll to the speed limit of 45.
I really like going through my neighborhood. I did something today, I turned the car off, but to the "on" position as my engine stopped. Rolled up some speed bumps, got off them at about 15mph, let the clutch out in 2nd, and the engine started up and then went to about 25 (in 5th... its amazing in this car, I will get a video of it tomorrow if you guys want) and turned the car off and coasted another 100f , then repeat with clutch letting out at the stop sign.

i do this every once in a while, if i'm on the hwy i do it when there's no cars infront of me cuz the breaks don't work as well, but i always do it on that big hill near my house just turn it off and once i get to the bottom drop on 4th, let out the clutch and drive , but i was thinking will this help? or hurt? cuz i know the start up takes quite a bit of gas, so by letting out the clutch is it burning that same amount it takes to crank?...i imagine if its a long hill it'll be good but if its a short one it may hurt what do you think of this?

TODAY IS THE DAY, THE DAY FOR A REFILL
I am going to my local car meet with the other 7 owners. Going to fill up before I go, since there is a "shortage" of gas over here. Shortage my ***. I won't have burned through the whole tank, as I am still sitting at the last pictures specs. I am fairly confident that I can hit 325-350 miles before I get to the 1/8th tank, or whatever it was at when I filled it up and started hypermiling.
I will report back with my findings, might be in a few minutes, or a few hours depending on the retarded gas waiting line. Meet is @1pm 45 minutes away.

Yeah, I found some gas. Finally. The 2nd gas station that I went to had this yuppie lady FREAKING out cause the gas was pumping slow. She wouldn't shut up talking to me. "OH MY GOD WE ARE GONNA RUN OUT OF GASSSS ITS PUMPING SO SLOW!"
Yeah, I left.
Anyways, Filled up on gas. Had a needle more than 1/4 tank (forgot to take a snapshot before I filled, I was excited!) and began to pump:
Got back in the car and turned it on. I was waiting for it to show the full tank but everyone was honking for me to move. The needle was still moving when I took this:
SO. Now, with the calculations.
306 miles
9.1 gallons
33.62 MPG
I can't believe it! This was with a 30 second start and get the fluids moving, then 2000rpm shifts.
33.62. Insane.
Well, After I filled up, I had to make sure the secondaries would still work
Yeah, I left.

that's great! oh man, that's a lot of work just staying out of the secondaries tho :P, i was on my way to pump some gas today running on fumes basically, the needle so low that the warning light only came on when i was going downhill lol and even then i couldn't help but hit the secondaries a couple of times

Sorry for the sarcasm there. I have respect for must truck drivers, but there are the exceptions that shouldn't be behind the wheel, and if you have luck like me then if you choose to tailgate a semi then you would probably end up behind one of those drivers. lol

Lol. I hate you now! Just yesterday I let my buddy use my old Nikki carb that I had for this setup. If I remembered this thread I would have kept it for a few more weeks and did a highway run.
I always wondered what the RX MPG would be like doing 60mph.
