Problem When Cold
When ever im starting my car and it is cold it always has a hell of a time starting it will take alot of cranking and choke and gas and when it does start it will go for a second the rpms will go up to about 4500 and then it will just die. i have to repeat this a few times then it finally starts then warms up i turn it off and she turns over and starts like nothing.Would some ATF help lube the seals and make cold starts easyer or what could be the problem and what can i do to fix it ?

You may be pulling the choke **** out farther than it needs to be since it's reving so high. That, or the cable may need adjusting. If you have rats nest removal, along with the choke butterfly, cold weather starting will be more difficult.
Skip the atf, try a can of Seafoam in the tank instead. The atf will dilute and remove both carbon and oil coming from the mop. If you think it needs a little lube for cold starts, use motor oil instead.
