Prelude vs. GSL - who would win?

spending too much money..

man I remember the days of having a 1st gen! I want one again but with a tII swap. Anyways I've had a couple gsl's and one gsl-se and all where very fun cars and very quick! The prelude is heavy!!!! I owned a 97 (4th gen) prelude and that thing while being very comfortable really really did suck! every time I drove it I wanted to be in my tII. I would say you would beat him but you would have to drive pretty hard, like whinned all those gears all the way up. A prelude is not that great, if it was then you would see them in more street races here and in japan. The simple fact is that they are so damn heavy that any hp it has is overshadowed by it.

Can you do a rematch with your primaflow muffler removed? It'll really let the motor rev up fast. And scare the sheet outta people.

Ok guys, so I saw the Prelude guy today again and looks like I made a mistake in my first post when I gave a link to a 1996 lude. He's got a 2001 Prelude HS, like the one being refered to on this link:
http://www.123review.com/reviews/hon...a_prelude.html
200 hp @ 7000 rpm, torque is 156 @ 5250, a little over 3000 lbs curb weight. "At maximum thrust, the little 2.2-liter engine propels the Prelude from 0 to 60 mph in about 7 seconds."
