I understand how Primary and secondary work from the RX-7.. I dunno what the other one is for.

The auxilliary intake is the CVCC thing. The third tiny venturi sends a small amount of rich mixture to the spark plugs at the end of the intake stroke. The idea is that the rich mixture lights up next to the plug and ignites the lean mixture in the rest of the cylinder. It's a great idea and a bad exectution.
The auxilliary valve are screwed into the head as a unit. If you ever unscrew them, you might as well get a new engine.
I have owned several Hondas, and, while they are nice cars, I got tired of front wheel drive, replacing axles, and clogged oil rings.
