Power Steering Woes

So I picked up this 85' GSL California car the other day that is equiped with power steering.

Upon investigating under the hood, I notice its missing the Power steering pulley. And it looks like theres a hole where the bolt goes, denoting the bolt or stud is missing.

1) Where can I get a pulley bolt/stud? Can I use something off of an FC to work? Is it a bolt or a stud?

2) Where can I get another pump if nessesary?

3) Can I use an FC pump with minor modification?

Reason I ask is I did a search, which provided some information, but not all. Secondly, nobody around here knows anything or stocks any kind of parts or parts numbers because we never had Power Steering in Canada as an Option.

Thanks guys.
