Post pics of your old beatup rotary

Was just sitting there and admiring how much I love my old beat up rotary. Some people need a sports luxury for status quo, others just an old beat up car.

Car: '84 GS rx7
Around 330,000 miles on what appears to be a stock 12a, beat on daily. Flame throwing, stink making goodness and more reliable than most late model bimmers.

I actually prefer mine a little bit beat. I feel I can enjoy it a lot more if I'm not worried about the paint, etc.

It looks pretty decent from 10 feet but up close it's got some blemishes. Still love it.

Heres mine. A 20 footer for sure, as there are a lot of small blemishes and even rust poking
out here and there.

Lol, i actually love pulling into a parking lot somewhere and seeing everyone flashing their nice new cars while i'm in my old beat up car...brings a smile to my face. Or seeing people sitting at a stoplight and looking at my car, like WTF is this. Haha

Glad to see other people also have a ratchet car syndrome :--P

My friend with the TC there wanted to do a photoshoot with my 7. I've got many more pics with my car but I never uploaded them to the web

I've been thinking about paint recently, but I suppose I've come to the same conclusion all yall did... To hell with a nice paint job.

This is my 84 12a half bridgeport. Has a bright yellow hood, because when i ported and rebuilt the engine i was too stupid to bolt the hood back on.i figured that it sat lower than the nose of the car, that not too much air would get under it, wrong, i hit 3rd gear and that damn thing flew about 25 feet into the air.it scared the **** out of me. I guess I'll never do that again

Yes indeed! Last April it was sitting in the same spot as the prep pic. Still no grass there.

Those stripes are pretty rare. They were aftermarket items sold over some but not all dealership parts counters. I have a car with a set. The last 10 years or so, I've only saw pictures of two other cars, still sporting them. They came in either black or white, with black being more common. You have a set of Limited wheels too.

Here's an 84 GSL I bought last week. It's really beat. Nice Panasports though.
