Pics of STOCK FMOC

As it says, I'm looking for pics of the stock 1st gen fmoc mounting. I have done some searching, but come up empty handed and now I'm sleepy. I'm going to start working on remounting my converted cooler to a more vertical position, and I would prefer to use the stock mounts rather than make my own, if all I need is a different AN fitting. Otherwise it's off to the Metal Superstore. Thanks in advance.

The stock S2/S3 oil coolers require a 3 row short radiator, mounts hang directly below the radiator. about 36$ for a pair.
Mazda still sells the stock mounts.....like 3 years ago.
Go with a FC oil cooler, the FB bungs crack and leak.

no. if you mount it below the radiator, there will be a large gap as the FC OC has a bung on top plus you have to modify the mounts. However, you can install it in front of the radiator.

Well I already have what I believe is an SE cooler. But I just needed a visual, although if they belong under the rad then I can't do it that way, as I have a taller than OEM rad. Thanks

In addition to the brackets, the angles of GSL-SE OC is different from a under-the-rad-OC

Go back and review the write up up I did that's in the archives. The way in which the muffler clamps are mounted can be varied in a variety of configureations, enabling one to work around both the PS loop line ad the AC condensor.

I've found that even with using the 2nd gen banjo fittings, the radiator shroud will still need to be trimmed. Since the mounting points are different between the 2 generations, one needs to get creative on mounting and hose routing.
