Parting out '84 GSL
I posted this in the parts for sale section:
Parting out a white ’84 GSL: All aftermarket parts were bought last August and have approx. 3500 miles on them. I totally went through the car last summer, it was pretty sweet until an unfortunate incident. It’s a shame to part out such a nice car that’s easily fixable but I don’t have much choice. I have no time to fix it and I want to get back just the money I put into it last summer. The car is still intact if someone would like to take it for a spin around the block. I'll sell the whole thing, but I doubt anyone will pay anywhere close to what I have in it.
’85 12A ~101,000 miles. Runs very strong, doesn’t burn any oil.
5-speed. Clutch worn. Shifts good, listen to the sound clip.
Yaw Carb. ~ I never even got it totally dialed in.

GSL rear-end: disks, tight LSD.
’85 GS rear: drum, diff was getting a little noisy when I took it out.
’84 12A – blown, never really investigated why
’84 automatic – the guy I bought the car off said it worked fine. He was pretty honest with me, so I believe his word.
’85 Manual driveshaft – It's starting to get a lil noisy
’84 auto driveshaft - unknown
Complete A/C system
Direct fire ign. that I made out of another factory harness. It looks damn near stock.
Electric fan.
Stock alloys (RARE!! ) with band new 195/60 BFG Radial T/A’s.
K&N air filter
Carter Pump
Holley regulator
Racing Beat header (chrome)
Racing Beat Presliencer
Tokico blues
Racing Beat springs (Buy them together and I’ll send the whole front strut assembly)
All poly bushings in the front and rear swaybar.
New ball joints if someone wants the control arms (with poly bushing)
The rest of the car in excellent shape except hit lightly in the right rear and right front. The red interior is sun faded, but let me know if ya need something. I’ll check it’s condition.
I have most of a gray interior that is in good condition.
There is a bunch more stuff that I can’t think of now. I have just about anything for an ’84 or ’85 that is in working to excellent condition so let me know what you need.
I’ve been working my *** off, so it’s gonna take a little time to get the car tore apart. Please be patient.
