On an unrelated FYI note, you have 45 days from the day you placed the order to "open a dispute" with paypal and 20 days from the day you open a dispute to when you can "make a claim".

Cheers,
Kam

Yes, this seems to be an ongoing issue with the company. You should type ReSpeed into the search bar and im sure you will see lots of other threads with people in your same position.

I opened my dispute on the 44th day and filed a claim on the 19th after that (to give him as much time as possible) but I don't think you have to wait as long as I did...

For what it's worth, within 2 days of filing the claim I received shipping confirmation and received my parts shortly after that.

^^ Yep, and it's current track record is very disheartening.

I ordered a heat shield from them, for under my carb. I orded it in the silver finish, got a black one. I emailed them and they said "we were out of the silver so we sent what we had". They went on to say that they now had silver in stock and would send me a replacement....5 months ago. Quality product, absolutely zero clue on customer service.

He seems to be more interested in posting pics of welds and powercoating on facebook than taking care of his customers. I was gearing up to buy a BUNCH of stuff from him too. Not a chance now. I wish someone back here in USA would buy the company back from him, or open a new company and just sell all the same stuff.

It was suggested (Iotus I think) in the other thread (in the good guy/bad guy section) that Techno Toy Tuning (who recently released coil overs for FB's) take it over. I think that's a great idea. Gabe at TTT is a great guy and has been in the tuning community for a very long time. Very quick to reply to emails whenever I send them (for AE86 related stuff).... Wonder if he wants to expand his product line...

Mazdatrix still has bushing kits iirc or you could order them through ebay, amazon, and even a few shops can get them for you.

Yeah basically anywhere that sells Energy Suspension bushings should be able to get them for you, they are just listed seperately

To get everything you need to order the following bushings:

Front control arms
Front tension rods
Watts link
Rear control arm kit
Sway bar bushings
Sway bar end links

^That's where i got mine last time too. Typically I like to give Mazdatrix as much business as possible (yes I know the website is horribly outdated, but they are a great group of enthusiests who don't steal your money like Sam has been...), but they don't list the rear control arm bushings and suggest just getting stock arms in that application. I'm stubborn and wanted poly, so blackdragon I went lol
