One more turbo question, i didnt really find my answer in the sticky

I read through a number of the sticky pages on the turbocharging deal. Most everywhere i hear get a tII off of a 2nd gen, or get the entire 2nd gen engine and transfer it. Everywhere i went i saw people saying use one outta a 2nd gen, and noone ever mentioned a new one. Are there new ones out there than can be put on with minor mods?

With the right manifold and flange you can make almost any turbo work.

The NA exhaust manifold would work...I've seen it. Flip over to where the exhaust is facing the front of the car. The exhaust plumbing get's tricky but when you don't have access to that much money you go with what works.
