old narrowband

hi i puled this out of a track car theres no brand or markings
can anyone tell me the brand of this so i can find the details out.

looks like it shows bars instead of numbers for lean or rich.
any help would be apreciated

old school.... if you want a narrow band lemme know. i got an autometer one laying around that i could toss ya for pretty cheap.
