oil pressure?

ok, here's the deal. i pretty much know the answer, i'm just double checkin... got a 83 12a runnin today. the damn guages are not workin so i don't know if i got oil pressure. so i checked the oil filter and oil is in it. so that means i have pressure right? just don't know how much yet. new filter by the way.

Are ANY of the guages working, or just not the oil guage? I didn't think mine was either, until I realized that the connector was barely hanging on by who knows what... I slipped it back on, and badda-bing! Oil Pressure Guage works!

I have the same problem, all guages work except for the oil press. I keep checking the connectors and everything is all hooked up. Are there any relays that can go bad?

Maybee a bad pressure sender ?? or a bad conection on the sender???

OOPS...... all of your guages aren't working, guess I should read first huh
